Information handling and partner review

Any approved privacy policy must describe the categories of information Osai may receive, the reasons for handling it, retention expectations, security measures, and the rights or responsibilities of institutional participants. This draft is a placeholder intended for legal review before publication as a final policy.

Current implementation

Website analytics and preferences

Osai uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregated site activity. Vercel may process page paths, referrers, filtered query parameters, approximate location, and device or browser details. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and uses a short-lived visitor hash derived from request information. Analytics load only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics.” The choice is stored in local browser storage and can be changed through Analytics settings available on the site.
